Questions

What it does, and what it does not

Where the honest answer is “not yet”, it says so. Anything here that changes will change on this page too.

Building a course

What do I have to give it?

A topic and who the course is for. Everything else has a sensible default. If you already have the material — a policy, a deck, a handbook — upload it instead and the course is built from that rather than from the model’s own knowledge.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, plain text and Markdown, up to 100 MB each. You can also upload images for the course to use.

How long does a build take?

Around forty-five minutes to an hour for a two-module course, because every slide is designed and built individually. You can close the tab — it runs on the server and the workspace picks up where it left off when you come back.

How much control do I have over the structure?

Turn on Review Outline First and the build pauses after planning, hands you the modules and lessons, and waits. Edit them, or type the change you want and get a rewritten plan back. Without it, the build runs straight through and you change things afterwards in the chat.

Can I edit a course after it is built?

Yes, by asking in the chat. Rewrite a slide, make the quiz harder, add a slide, change the course’s colours. Only what you asked about is rebuilt, and a change that breaks a slide is put back the way it was.

Quality and control

Does it just generate walls of text?

No, and that is the whole point of it. Each slide is designed and coded from scratch for the point it teaches — flip cards, drag-and-drop, hotspots on a picture, branching scenarios, timed games, scored checks. There are no templates, so two courses do not look alike.

How do I know the content is accurate?

You review it. The pipeline checks that a course is complete, imports correctly, runs and reports properly — it cannot check that a claim about your industry is true. Upload your own source material when accuracy against a specific document matters, and the course is grounded in that.

Can I control the reading level and tone?

Yes. Difficulty sets depth, vocabulary and assessment rigour. A Bloom level decides what kind of thinking the objectives and questions demand. Tone is a preset or your own description of the voice you want.

What about images and narration?

Photographs and illustrations are generated for the slides that need them, before those slides are designed. Narration — a voice reading the slides — is not available yet.

Can I use my own branding?

Each course gets its own colours, fonts and art direction, chosen to fit the subject, and you can steer them by asking. A full brand kit — your logo and palette applied automatically to every course — is not there yet.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Slides are built on a fixed stage that scales to the screen. Held upright, the course suggests turning the phone; held sideways, the slide fills it. Every activity works by touch, mouse and keyboard.

Your material, your learners

What happens to the material I upload?

It is stored against your course and used to build it. It is not used to train models. You can delete a course, and its uploads and generated package go with it, or export everything your account holds from Settings.

Can I share a course with someone who has no LMS?

Yes. Publish a version and turn on sharing, and anyone with the link can take the course in a browser with no sign-in. You see how far people got and what they scored. Nothing identifies them — the id their browser makes up is random and we store no name, no email and no address.

Do you see results from courses running inside my LMS?

No, and you would not want us to. A package inside your LMS reports to your LMS. Results only reach us from the standalone shared link, where there is no LMS to report to.

Can my colleagues work on my courses?

Not yet. Every course belongs to one person today. Shared team workspaces are a decision we are still working through, because adding a second owner touches every permission in the product.

What does it cost?

Every new account starts with a free month of Educator Pro. After that there is a Free plan with 9 credits a month, and paid plans from €14.99 a month. Plans & credits shows what a credit buys; subscribing is not open yet.
